Cap de suro
Cap de Suro, a Catalonian wine brand, commemorates the 150th anniversary of its owners' neighborhood, Poblesec, with the unveiling of its new labels.
In my role for this project, I undertook the task of designing labels for each wine variety offered by the brand: Negro Joven de Crianza, Negro Crianza, Blanco, Rosado, and Verdejo. With a list of iconic landmarks provided by the client, we meticulously selected the desired quantity after thorough research into each site's significance within the neighborhood.
Throughout the creation and design process of the labels, a pivotal decision was made to introduce an isotype of the logo, complementing the existing imagotype crafted by the owner.
Beyond enhancing functionality, this design decision aimed to imbue the label with added value by incorporating imagery that exuded quality, while seamlessly intertwining elements of history and modernity.
